SYNOPSIS
Serhii, a 30-year-old gas station worker, a loser in life, is given a second chance by heaven after an accidental death. But in order to fulfill it and come back to life, he needs to find a person who truly loves him and who really needs him. Serhii has absolutely no one on Earth except his father, whom he has never known in his life, but he has no choice. The search leads Serhii to the war in the Chop Pirates battalion, which consists of former Transcarpathian smugglers. Among them, he finds friends and strengthens his character, but he doesn’t find his father. However, he saves the life of a child and thus finds the person who needs him, and he also finds the father in himself

THE DIRECTOR
Kostiantyn Fedorov has over 15 years of experience in animation production in various positions: director, supervisor, animator, storyboard artist. He has directed Meet Arnold (2021-2024), The Hungry Spirit (2018), The Dragon Spell (2016) and U (2006). Worked on the well-know and commercially successful Ukrainian animated feature films Mavka: The Forest Song (2023) and The Stolen Princess (2018).
