SYNOPSIS
Unexpectedly taken hostage in her father’s house during the Russian invasion of Bucha, a teenage Ukrainian girl with a hearing impairment faces a grueling struggle for survival, using the last of her courage to escape and protect her family from the invaders.

THE DIRECTOR
Egor Olesov is an award winning Ukrainian filmmaker with more than 20-year of experience in the film industry. Was born in Kyiv, studied in Kyiv National Theatre, Cinema and Television University. Is a member of European Film Academy, European Producers Club, Ukrainian Film Academy and Visual Effects Society. His filmography includes movies such as “Mr.Jones” (directed by Agnieszka Holland), “The Battle for Sevastopol”, “Pulse”, “The Stronghold”, animated features “Mavka.The Forest Song”, “The Stolen Princess” and many others.
